Windows 10のサポート終了に向けて、KOM-MICSで使用されているPCが
サポート終了しているWindowsOSかどうかチェックする機能を実装いたします。

・Viewer PC／Logger PCにおいて、現時点(最新のリリース時点)でサポート終了しているOSについては、
警告の表示とアカウント管理者様へのメール通知(月に一度)を実施いたします
・本機能はセキュリティリスクの高いPC/OSの更新を推奨するものです
・サポート終了の判定は、時間経過に応じて判定基準を随時更新いたします
・次回リリース(2025/9/11以降)のViewer/Loggerより実装する予定です

・For OS that is no longer supported at this time (as of the latest release) on Viewer PC/Logger PC,

・This feature recommends updating PC/OS with high security risks
・The judgment criteria will be updated from time to time for the decision of end of support
・We plan to implement this in the next release of Viewer/Logger (scheduled for September 11, 2025 or later)
