Windows 10のサポート終了に向けて、KOM-MICSで使用されているPCが
サポート終了しているWindowsOSかどうかチェックする機能を実装いたします。

警告の表示とアカウント管理者様へのメール通知(月に一度)を実施いたします
・本機能はセキュリティリスクの高いPC/OSの更新を推奨するものです
・サポート終了の判定は、時間経過に応じて判定基準を随時更新いたします
・次回リリース(2025/9/11以降)のViewer/Loggerより実装する予定です

KOM-MICS Viewer トップメニュー画面が新しくリニューアルされましたのでお知らせいたします。

【概要】
現在のKOM-MICS Viewerはアプリが多くなり、以前のトップメニュー画面では操作の際には困惑するとご指摘がございました。
そのご指摘を改善いたしました新トップメニュー画面を次回リリースしますバージョンより適用いたします。
使用頻度の高いアプリを登録する機能「お気に入り」に登録されたアプリを専用画面（デスクトップ）に表示します。

最近報道されております、Log4Jの脆弱性に関しまして、Kom-micsではLog4Jは使用していないため、問題はありません。
なお、悪意の第三者が不正侵入によりLog4Jを組み込んでいないか、の観点から関連サーバ群にてLog4Jの検索を実施し存在していないことも確認済です。

各現地にて設置導入していますKOM-MICS端末に障害が発生した際の対応としまして、
現在は、サポートデスクより「リモートサポート起動」の操作を現地担当者の方に依頼しております。

今回、新たに「リモートサポート起動」を遠隔起動する機能を追加いたしました。
今機能にて担当者の勤務場所とKOM-MICS端末の設置場所が離れていた場合の不便さを解消いたします。

新規機能の実行に際しては、KOM-MICS管理者にてサポートデスクからの遠隔操作を承認する必要があります。 対応手順を資料に纏めましたので、KOM-MICS管理者の方はご確認の程よろしくお願いいたします。
